Looks like it was all part of an advertising campaign.

Over the weekend, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, met Mo Salah and the rest of his team in Dubai.
In a picture shared on F3 Stables’ Instagram account, Sheikh Hamdan is seen posing with the team whilst holding a Liverpool jersey.
The team is currently in Dubai for an upcoming event.
