Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has issued an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates to apply for the posts of Human Resource (HR), Legal and other vacancies on need basis only.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
Human Resource: All the candidates applying for the post of HR need to possess a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Master of Arts (MA) from a recognised university/institute.
Mechanical Engineering: All the candidates interested in applying for this post should possess a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)(Engg)- Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institute/university.

Age limit:
Applicants should not exceed the maximum age limit of 37 years. Candidates from SC/ST will get age relaxation as per government norms.
Selection procedure:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test followed by interview round.
