Pathways In Education Charter School opened in August and offers a unique form of education in the Nampa School District, English teacher Carrie Cook said. Course schedules at Pathways are on a nontraditional schedule. The citizens’ right to Internet access is “non-negotiable”, and the government will not allow any company to restrict people’s entry to the Internet, IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said on Thursday.
