Global growth will pick up faster than previously expected in the coming months as the Trump administration’s planned tax cuts and public spending fire up the U.S. economy, the OECD said on Monday, revising up its forecasts. Prices were 5.5 percent higher than September of 2015, up from the 5.1 percent annual gain in August, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index. The Consumer Confidence Index hit 107.1 in November, up from 98.6 in October, according to data from The Conference Board on Tuesday, the highest since July 2007. Apple has revealed that the adoption rate for its mobile payments service – Apple Pay – in the US has crossed the 35% mark, which translates into 4 million locations.
