The NFL and CBS just announced that CBS All Access subscribers can watch the network’s NFL broadcasts starting on Sunday, December 4 and continuing through the post-season—including Thursday night games. Samsung will roll out the Android Nougat update to its Galaxy A (2016) series devices as well, according to a new report. This means that the 2016 iterations of the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7, Galaxy A8, Galaxy A9, and Galaxy A9 Pro will all get the update. U.S. housing starts surged to a more than nine-year high in October as builders ramped up construction of both single and multifamily homes, offering hope that housing will contribute to economic growth in the fourth quarter. Groundbreaking jumped 25.5 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual pace of 1.32 million units, the highest level since August 2007, the Commerce Department said on Thursday. Tougher banking regulations put into effect since the Great Recession have lowered the chances of another financial crisis, but they odds are still much too high, Minneapolis Federal Reserve President Neel Kashkari told CNBC on Thursday.
